What is national currency?
The national currency is a monetary unit issued by the state Central Bank as a means of settlement on the country's territory.
Functions of the national currency:

Each country will havea particular national currency. Payments can be made with this currency in that country, and it will be used as a storage medium. The currency will also be indicative of the cost of the goods and services in that country.
