Trading in demo account is very important to prove yourself in Forex trading. You can test the strategies you have and you can do more and more practice over demo account to make yourself perfect. You must trade with a demo over a period of 3 to 4 months to make you perfect in Forex trading.

Yes a demo account is indispensable for a beginner in trading. Sadly there are some traders to fail to appreciate how important it can be, and they either ignore it, spend too little time on it, or simply move on to real trading too quickly.

Developing a trading strategy requires a demo, in my opinion. My view is that those who jump in with money early because of the psychological aspect of trading with live funds are missing the point. In the absence of a good trading strategy that includes risk management, you will lose money. Personally, I treat my demo accounts like real ones to instill good habits.
