Just curious to know how other traders fill their time between trades. I used to spend that time just staring at the charts and looking for other potential systems that could fit my style of trading or improve my current system. Of course, I still am looking for improvements but not all day. Now that I have a profitable system and am enjoying the benefits of years of struggle to become a consistently profitable forex trader.

I usually keep checking the charts for a while too, so as to see if I can find anything there. Then I generally go for a walk to refresh my mind a bit as most of the time my eyes I drained with all the time I spent checking and rechecking charts. I used to devote more time than I do now to be honest, as other things are important too. I have come to value the time spent on reading and informing myself in a more general way too.
