The Algorand Foundation promotes developer education at universities and other educational institutions. Its Global University Program includes prestigious universities such as MIT, UC Berkeley, and other world-class institutions. In addition, the Algorand Foundation supports blockchain events, hackathons, educational classes, and certifications.
In 2020, the Algorand Foundation launched two accelerator programs, Algorand Asia Accelerator and Algorand Europe Accelerator, to assist ongoing projects and developers interested in building on Algorand. In order to help the Algorand ecosystem grow and thrive, these programs provide promising projects with end-to-end support, from strategy formulation to launch.
Algorand, a relative newcomer to the blockchain space, has already established itself as a powerful platform with strong tech innovation, developer support, and real-world use cases.
