I believe this is an MLM Network with no substance.

This robot destroyed my account within two days. It opened multiple trades without stop losses, buying at poor levels and selling at unfavourable prices. Support only asked for reports and advised against manual intervention. Following their advice would have wiped out my account.

I have been impressed with this forex robot since I started using it six months ago. It analyses the forex market intelligently and places trades automatically. The consistent trading performance has made it an excellent support tool for my investments.

Hi Richights, thanks for sharing your view. To clarify: Smart Algo Trade is not an MLM. We are a small software company that develops MT4 Expert Advisors, mainly the Double FX Robot. There is no recruitment structure and nothing to pay to join.

How the free offer works: partner brokers pay us for referring new clients, and that covers a one-year robot license for the trader. Traders who prefer their own broker can buy a license directly. We also have an optional affiliate program for people who want to refer others, which is common in this industry, but it is not required in order to use the robot.

We'd like to look into what happened on your account. Please email support@smartalgotrade.com with your MT4 account number and the dates of the trades, and we will review the trade history and the robot settings with you.

For anyone reading: like any Expert Advisor, the robot's risk depends heavily on its settings (lot size relative to account balance) and on account conditions. We always recommend testing on a demo or small account first, and only trading money you can afford to lose.

I tried Smart Algo Trade mainly because of their Double FX Robot. The setup on MetaTrader was quite simple and didn’t take long. After installing it, the robot handled trades automatically, which saved me from constantly watching charts. So far, it has been easy to use and stable on my setup. I also liked getting access through their partner broker offer instead of buying the software immediately. Forex trading always carries risk, so I started carefully. Based on my own experience so far, the system has been convenient and straightforward to use.
