Forexcashbackcloud is disappointed with delayed rebate payments and poor customer service. Unreliable and frustrating experience, I do not recommend their service.
My experience with ForexCashbackCloud has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, the platform is clunky and difficult to navigate. It took me forever to figure out how to link my trading account. When I finally did, the cashback tracking was inconsistent, with payments often missing or delayed. Customer support was slow and unhelpful, giving vague responses that didn’t address my concerns.
