User-friendly interface, but lacks robust customer support and timely communication. Decent tool, but improvements needed.

I initially had a simple EA developed by Ivan, but after numerous modifications, it became significantly more complex by the end. Unfortunately, his service is extremely slow, to put it mildly, and every version of the EA has been riddled with countless bugs.

Method Traders’ Mikhail is an expert coder. Delivered my EA as requested, fixed issues promptly. Top-notch service, highly recommended!

Very slow responses and no support over weekends. To be fair, the job was finished and delivered, but the completion came later than agreed, affecting the overall experience negatively.

My experience with Ivan was disappointing. The EA became complex, service was slow, and bugs appeared often. Fixes were delayed and not handled as a priority.

A big thank you to Method Trader for the excellent work so far. They have programmed indicators for me and are also working on an ongoing EA project. Their responsiveness when dealing with small fixes and final adjustments has been outstanding. They are professional, helpful, and competitively priced. I’ve been very happy with the overall service and have no hesitation recommending Method Trader to others.
