It appears to be appealing and trustworthy because it is a part of Citigroup, a well-known financial company with a 200-year history, though CitiFX Pro was founded in 2008, if I'm not mistaken. I began with this broker on MT4. Everything is clear, fast, and professional, as is typical of this platform.

CitiFX forex platform is functional but lacks some features. Execution is reliable, yet improvements are needed for user-friendliness and customization.

Very poor support. They require extensive information such as annual income, trading experience, and net worth, yet never responded after documents. I am not impressed with CitiFX Pro’s service.

Citi’s MT4 has impressed me with quick execution, no requotes, hedging allowed, customer support, and a higher deposit that justified.
