Fraud exchange. They have frozen my account without any specific reason and refused to unfreeze it, and I have lost thousands of dollars. Never recommended!

My money has been inaccessible, and support has provided almost no useful information. I keep receiving the same generic responses even though I have explained my situation multiple times.
