Fraud. Fraud.
They stole my money, blocked my account, and I received no response from customer service.

They blocked my account since 2023 . Then I received an email today that I should merge my old account to the new updated site , bitwellex.net . After I did that I withdrew all my lost tokens. I was happy I withdrew and sad because they blocked my account years ago.
