The status bar occupies only one line at the bottom of the MetaEditor, but it is packed with information. The left portion of the image describes what happens when a button or menu item is hovered over. The right portion therefore indicates the precise location of the trader's cursor within the program, i.e. the column and row it is now in. On the other hand, the far right indicates how short the paragraph is. In a standard text editor, the Insert key is used to switch between modes.
