Trading when unwell
I think there's nothing wrong with missing a few trading days as long as you understand that you won't be able to do a good job, because you won't be able to react quickly and make quick, right decisions. That's not a good decision. On the other hand, you can stay with what you already have - and I think that's what you need.
I always realise that trading while feeling unwell can negatively affect my performance in the market. When I am tired, stressed, sick, or emotionally disturbed, it becomes harder for me to think clearly and follow my strategy properly. I may take unnecessary risks, miss important signals, or make emotional decisions that lead to losses. Trading demands concentration, patience, and emotional control, and these qualities are difficult to maintain when my health is not good. I understand that stepping away from the charts for some time is often the smartest decision. A short break helps me recover both mentally and physically, allowing me to return with a fresh mindset and better focus. I believe successful trading is not only about technical skills but also about maintaining good health and emotional balance. When I feel healthy and relaxed, I am more disciplined, confident, and capable of making wise trading decisions consistently.
