Trading metals
Metal trading requires big capital. I do not trade any metal because I see those metals move too fast and they can move more than 1000 pip in a day. Therefore, I think you need to have big capital when trading metal. Otherwise, you risk losing your money.
Metal trading is a vital sector of the global commodities market, involving the buying and selling of precious, industrial, and base metals like gold, silver, copper, and aluminium. Traders and investors participate in metal markets through spot transactions, futures contracts, and ETFs, influenced by factors such as supply-demand dynamics, geopolitical events, and economic indicators. Precious metals like gold and silver are often seen as safe-haven assets during economic instability, while industrial metals like copper and steel reflect industrial demand and economic growth. Major exchanges, including the London Metal Exchange (LME) and COMEX, facilitate transparent pricing and liquidity. Metal trading plays a crucial role in industries such as construction, electronics, and manufacturing, making it essential for global economic stability and growth. Efficient trading strategies and risk management are key to success in this volatile market.
