How will my broker profit?
Your broker generates revenue through the collection of commission fees from you as well as from the spreads that are applied to the trades that you execute.
Your broker profits primarily through spreads, commissions, and fees. The spread is the difference between the bid (buy) and ask (sell) price of a currency pair. Brokers often add a small markup to the actual market spread, and every time you trade, they earn from this difference.

Some brokers charge a commission on trades, especially those offering tighter spreads. This commission is a fixed percentage or fee based on the size of your trade.

Additionally, brokers may charge swap fees for holding positions overnight (also known as rollover fees) or impose account-related fees, such as inactivity or withdrawal fees.

In essence, brokers generate revenue from the volume and frequency of your trades, as well as additional services they offer.
