Both novice and experienced traders are familiar with the term. You may be familiar with the term "trading psychology", but you don't quite understand its meaning or implications. There are many different definitions and some of them subscribe to the philosophy. There are also people who think that only price determines value, and there are those who subscribe to the "keep the people you like" school of thought. In this article, I will look at what trading psychology is, what its definitions mean, and how it applies to the forex market.
