Can we use a forex card in an ATM?
It depends on which debit networks your bank participates in and which debit networks the ATM you're using supports. In most cases, debit cards are affiliated with one of two worldwide debit networks: Visa or Mastercard. In the case of a Mastercard, Cirrus or Maestro can be used, while in the case of a Visa card, Electron can be used.

Your bank card has a number of small logos on the back. Try to find an ATM with a logo that matches one of the logos. The main disadvantage of using Plus, Cirrus, or other foreign debit networks is that additional costs will always be incurred. As well as any applicable surcharges and the exchange rate from the local currency to the currency of your home bank. For example, Euros to Canadian dollars.
