Fundamental analysis is used in trading. Because of price noise in shorter time frames, technical indicators are used as supplemental tools. Although negotiating with news is not recommended for beginners, in terms of training and simulator use, it can be easier and more interesting than technical analysis. It's all subjective, but I'd say this is one of the advantages of scalping.
When the market trades unchanged, scalping allows for profit. There are no swap fees. The most significant advantage, in my opinion, is learning how to negotiate scalping. With high-frequency trading, the trader can learn to understand market inputs and outputs, market nature, and self-development of intuition much better. After mastering scalping, which is far more difficult, intraday and long-term strategies will appear much simpler.

Scalping is very difficult, but you can learn it, you have to practice a lot, find a good indicator that reacts quickly and does not paint false signals.
