Senior Broker Operations Analyst from LMAX Group. Act as an ambassador for LMAX Digital. Deal with client enquiries. Manage, prioritize and escalate client requests and challenges. Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement of team’s ways of working. Execute daily reconciliations and settlement reporting. Manage daily settlement requests and third-party settlement platforms. Develop and distribute management reporting for LMAX Digital. Monitor and make recommendations on LMAX Digital inventory. Understand and anticipate the clients’ needs and expectations, offer ideas and solutions to improve the overall client experience. Coordinate between several departments to resolve problems and ensure day to day efficiency in operations. Maintain Operational documentation including process & procedure documents, legal documents, and corporate presentations. Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in Digital Assets.
