Catalina, Apple's newest version of Mac OS, does not support 32-bit software. Some apps, such as MetaTrader trading platforms, are no longer supported by the Catalina OS. Parallels Desktop lets you run a virtual system on your Mac. Using a virtual machine, you can emulate a computer and run another operating system, such as Windows, on the host computer, effectively acting as another computer. As an Admiral Markets client, you will receive three months of Parallels Pro for free, assuming you qualify for the program, which we will discuss later.
You can install MetaTrader 4 for Windows 10 as well as any other Windows application or software straight to your Mac because you're using Windows! As a Mac user, however, you will need a Windows license to comply with the Windows License Terms. If you are a Mac user, you can run another Mac OS in a virtual machine on your system. It is important to keep in mind that this is subject to the OS terms and conditions, which you must understand in order to comply fully.
