Blast is an L2 with native ETH and stablecoin yield. Yield enables the creation of new revenue streams and the provision of novel rewards to end users. Users make transactions with ETH. Dapps are based on ETH. Blast was built from the ground up with the intention of ETH natively rebasing on the L2. Blast has acquired $20 million in funding from investors including as Paradigm and Standard Crypto, and has stated that it would do an airdrop for early users. Airdrop points will be awarded to users who sign up with an invite code, bridge ETH, and invite friends. In May, airdrop points will be convertible to Blast tokens.
