Opening ultra low standard acc for a demo period was a good idea. I evaluated the trading conditions, spreads are tight, swaps are free, so after that I scaled up and switched to a real acc.

I have my xm MT5 workspace with daily forex trading. Spreads on the Ultra Low account are narrow on Jpy pairs and gold. As for withdrawals then they are processed same day usually, wallets and crypto faster, bank cards and wiring slower.
